Which parts of the UK do you cover?
We specialise in Ipswich and the East Anglia area of England, but we deal with a national network of professional investors that may be able to help you where ever you live.
How do you calculate your "trade offer price"?
Our Professional investors require that they make only 5% profit on each deal. Additionally, we need to deduct the costs of buying your property and being able to sell it on at some point in the future; as a general rule, this comes to 10% of the property's value. Any refurbishment costs also need to be taken into account. We can then make you an offer taking into account all of the above. The advantage to you, in exchange for accepting a trade price with the emphasis on speed, is that you will get a very fast guaranteed sale.
What fees do I have to pay?
Nothing, you will have no commission fees as we are not an estate agent. We can cover all your legal costs(solicitors fees up to £500), and, unlike some other companies, we pay for all valuations. Our offer to you is also free of charge with no obligation whatsoever.
My property is about to be repossessed, can you help?
Yes we can. We can usually prevent your property from being repossessed and it could be possible for you to continue to live in the property once the repossession has been stopped.

I am in arrears with mortgage payments - can you still help me?
Yes, we usually can, as long as you have some equity in the property. After selling your property to us we give you the opportunity to continue living there by renting back to you if you wish
Can I stay in my property after I sell it to you?
In most cases we can buy your property and rent it back to you so that you can continue living there if you wish to.
Will you look at any property?
Yes. We will look at any property, in any condition and in any area. Please bear in mind that although we are happy to view all properties, we will only make offers on those which fit our criteria.
How quickly will the sale happen?
Completion usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. However, we can move things more quickly if essential sometimes within 24 hours if the required paperwork is in order.
